| 摘 要： | 精细化管理是一种理念，一种文化。将精细化管理的理念运用到学生工作管理中来，有利于明确学生工作主体职责，提升学生工作质量，促进立德树人的实现。在立德树人视野下实施高校学生工作精细化管理，必须把握学生工作精细化管理的核心、方法、架构、保障等关键问题，并从学校、学院、辅导员三个层面探析学生工作精细化管理实施的路径。
