德育生态:学校德育价值的新取向

当前,我国学校德育低效问题突出,究其原因,从生态意义上看,在于德育生态的失调。将生态学原理渗透到学校德育中,用生态的世界观及方法论来定位学校德育,需要把握主体原则、和谐原则、整体原则和发展原则,坚持以人为本,优化德育的自然生态,关注自然与人的和睦相处;优化德育的社会生态,满足学生道德生长的内在需求;优化德育的文化生态,实现时代精神与民族传统的融洽;优化德育的心理生态,培养学生自主、合作、创新的健康人格。
