农民工养老保险的现状与对策

长期以来,农民工作为城市中的一个边缘群体,一直被排除在城市养老保障体系之外,同时也游离于农村养老保障体系之外。但随着农民工数量的增加,我国城市化进程的加快,以及我国的城市养老保险改革的展开,将农民工纳入养老保障体系已成为必然。本文对农民工养老保险的现状及存在的问题进行了描述,并提出了对策性的建议。

The current situation and countermeasures of endowment insurance of peasant workers

In the city, p easant workers are alw ays a fringe group who are excluded from endowment insu r ance system of city and have little association with rural e ndowment insurance system.But with the increase of these workers,t o bring them into the endow-ment insurance system of city is inev itable.In this article,the cur-rent sit uation is described and some countermeasures are put for-ward.
