| Abstract: | In recent years,there has appeared a great boom in residential construction in China.Getting a satisfactory dwelling has become a new consumption hot spot.Residence design has entered a new development phase.In this paper,comparisons and studies are made of the advantages and disadvantages of houses already built,and a discussion is devoted to the importance of the dwelling size,the design principles and the problems that have to be attended to. |
