| 摘 要： | 宋代江南地区的水利出现兴盛,与政府对这一地区的水利从财力上积极支持是分不开的,所以,透过水利所需经费的筹集,亦能看出政府对水利的管理。宋代江南地区水利建设经费的来源是多元化的,在兴修水利筹集资金方面,出现了以国家财政拨款为主、地方与民间合作或民间独立承担的多种方式。

| Abstract: | The building of water conservancy facilities of Southern China in Song Dynasty is inseparable from the active financial support of the government.So the government＇s management of water conservancy facilities can be reflected from the fund collection.The funding sources of water conservancy are diversified with the national government allocation being the mainstream and local government or the public being supplement. |
