| 摘 要： | 随着内地经济的发展,人民币国际化程度不断提高,人民币在香港以及国际跨境的流通数量不断增加,因此,香港在不久的将来作为人民币的离岸中心已经是大势所趋。从建立人民币离岸市场的必要性和迫切性出发,分析香港目前已经具备的条件和亟待解决的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | At present, RMB is a hotpoint in international capital market,Developing the economy in mainland, RMB fastening its step towards international and current bigger amount in Hong Kong and global market than before. We should believe that Hong Kong would become the center of RMB international market in the near future. Facing the urgent need of constructing RMB international market, the article analyses present conditions of Hong Kong, shows problems we worry about and ways to solve the problems according. |
