| Abstract: | The development at top speed of Chinese society and the coming of intellectual economy at the background of the whole world caused the historical fate that secondary normal schools must change the formation. How to change and face the new situations under such historical circumstances? Secondary normal schools can not wait and rely on others, but think and practice positivly the adjustments in the distribution. Only that can schools go out of difficulties and achieve new lives. |
