Discussion about Jurisdiction of Cases on Electronic Commerce

Jurisdiction is a prerequisite question of cases on electronic commerce. There are some new jurisdictional doctrines of regulating cases on electronic commerce because the traditional jurisdictional rules are being challenged by the internet. In fact, some rules have been made by cases in USA and EU and some international organizations are trying to draft convention on it. However, many countries apply the traditional jurisdictional rules to the internet cases.
