李自成知识分子政策的失误与教训

李自成农民起义军在很长一段时间里,对明朝的儒士采取拒绝排斥的态度.崇祯十三年底攻入河南后,虽然开始吸收少量知识分子参加,但仍缺乏一个正确的知识分子政策.而李自成用为参谋顾问的,又都是些下层的知识分子.这些人不仅缺乏带兵打仗、从政治国的经验,而且视野也较狭窄,缺乏准确把握全国形势及其走向的能力,他们帮助李自成制订的政策每每出现重大的偏差与失误.这就为日后的败亡埋下了祸根.

The Failure and Lessons From LI Zi-cheng's Itellectuall Policy

The peasants' leaders had been refusing to adopt the intellectuals to join the armies in the early stage of rebellions. Although adopting a small amount of intellectuals in 1640 when they attacked and occupied Henna area,they still hadn't formulated a series of right policies about the intellectuals. Unfortunately,those intellectuals were lack of the experience of fighting,administrations and abilities,so they did much more wrong decisions and leaded to failure years later.
