| 摘 要： | 针对中国创业板市场存在的问题,采用对比分析的方法,分析了发达国家资本市场创业板发展过程,借鉴相关国家和地区主要资本市场对共性问题的处理方法,结合中国的现状和市场经济走向,提出完善信息披露机制,完善风险投资(VC)和私募股权基金(PE)的退出机制,积极发展其他融资渠道等建议,为完善中国创业板市场提供参考。

| Abstract: | In view of problems in GEM of China,comparative analyses were made of the developing process of GEM board of developed countries’ capital markets,lessons were drawn from the solutions of other countries’ and regions’ capital markets to common problems.Based on current situation and the trend of market economy of China,suggestions were put forward in terms of perfecting information disclosure mechanism,perfecting the exit mechanism of venture capital(VC) and private equity(PE),and actively developing other financing channels.Results provide reference for the perfection of GEM in China. |
