| 摘 要： | 官商结合既为晋商长期兴盛提供了契机 ,也是其最终走向衰落的原因之一。随着社会环境的变迁 ,通过官商结合发展商业的实际经济绩效在逐渐递减 ,交易成本与风险不断增加。由于晋商始终沿着官商结合这一路径下滑 ,最终被锁定在一种低效率的状态 ,导致自己在近代化过程中走向了衰落。

| Abstract: | The coalition between the government and merchants offered an impetus of the development of shanxi merchants, and of their final decline. With the changing of social situation, the practical economic merit brought by the coalition was decreasing and the trading costs and risks were increasing. Shanxi merchants relied on the coalition so much that they were locked in an inefficient position before going downhill in the course of modernization. |
