| Abstract: | This article gives a logic analysis of the methodology in using evidence,especially indirect evidence to make assertions on case material facts(mainly in criminal case).It sheds light on the issue concerning assertion of sufficiency of evidence,particularly the logic meaning involved.The article concludes that a better understanding of the logic meaning is of both practical and far-reaching influence on administration of justice. |
