| 摘 要： | 加强参政党的自身建设是新世纪新阶段的一项重要而紧迫的政治任务.参政党的自身建设应主要从政治把握能力、参政议政能力、组织领导能力和合作共事能力等方面来不断加强和提高,其原则是以思想建设为核心,以组织建设为基础,以制度建设为保障.
