| 摘 要： | 图书馆的管理与工作方法应建立在科学的基础上,应用熵理论的方法,通过对文献信息的组织、人员素质的培养、系统结构的优化、反馈信息数据库的建立以及负熵流的引入,就能有效地控制熵增,使图书馆系统有序化发展。
