| 摘 要： | 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低肾内科住院患者尿培养加药敏标本污染率中的应用效果。方法以降低肾内科住院患者尿培养加药敏标本污染率为活动主题,成立品管圈小组,比较肾内科住院患者在活动前后尿培养加药敏标本的污染率,并制定和落实整改措施。结果在开展品管圈活动后,患者尿培养加药敏标本污染率降低至5.21%,较活动前均明显改善(P0.05)。结论品管圈活动能有效降低肾内科住院患者尿培养加药敏标本污染率,提高标本采集质量,以协助临床诊断和观察药物疗效。
