大型装备制造企业营销组织的重组模式

摘    要:中国大型装备制造企业是中国工业化、现代化的工业基础,在重组的过程中企业的技术、人员以及业务稳定对社会和经济的发展极为重要,本文以M大型重型装备制造企业营销组织的重组为例,描述和分析了大型装备制造企业间重组的原则及整合模式,其实践表明大型装备制造企业间重组宜采用渐进式模式。

Abstract:Large equipment manufacturers are the industrial base of China's industrialization and modernization.In the process of their restructure,the stabilization of the technology,personnel and operation plays an important role to the social and economic development.By taking the marketing organization in a large equipment manufacturer as an example,the principle and mode for the restructure of such factories are described and analyzed.It is proposed that a gradual mode should be adopted in the process.
