| Abstract: | At present the major problems in Henan governmental management system are the overuse of authority and default in obligation and jural construction in economic management.The corresponding countermeasures are required to be taken,such as the exertion of authority according to the law,conversion of the economic management function,promotion of the conversion of governmental function and its management innovation. |
