| Abstract: | The author firstly states the concept and origin of emotional intelligence.On the basis of it,this article analyses the problems existing in the research about EI in China, and points out that we should take more efforts in the following aspects: strict scientific attitude, multiple research approach and method, connecting applied research and theory research, and indigenous research. |
