坚持劳动价值论与完善我国的收入分配制度

按劳分配的理论来源和基础不是劳动价值论,生产要素参与分配也不表明生产要素创造价值。马克思的价值创造理论与价值分配理论是两个层面的问题,价值创造方式不受社会制度、经济发展水平的影响,而价值分配形式则要受社会所有制形式和经济发展水平的制约。我们应当在坚持劳动价值论的前提下,遵循“效率优先、兼顾公平”的收入分配原则,完善“按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存”的分配制度,加强政府对收入分配的宏观调控,使收入差距不至于影响社会稳定和发展。

Adhering to Labor Value Theory and Perfecting the System of Distributing According to Income of our Country

The resource and foundation of distributing according labor theory is not the labor value theory. That element of production joins distribution does not show that it creates value. Marx's value creation theory and value distribution theory are two kinds of questions. The value creation mode is not affected by the social system and the developing level of economy; while the mode of value distribution is limited by the mode of social owned system and economic developing level. It is necessary for us under the prerequisite of adhering to the labor value theory to follow the income distribution principle of "efficiency first and taking account of fairness" and to perfect the distribution system of "taking distribution according to one's work as the main body and various distribution types co-existing" ; meanwhile to strengthen the macroscopic regulation and control of the income distribution by government, so as to make the income difference not effect the social stability and development.
