| 摘 要： | 面对人肉搜索这一备受争议的新生事物,结合近年发生的各种实例,通过剖析人肉搜索运用不当对法治的阻碍、避免人肉搜索违法的若干要点,以及正确运用的人肉搜索对法治的促进作用,揭示出在法治环境下理顺人肉搜索与法治关系的大致前景。

| Abstract: | Considering the newly appeared but controversial incident of human flesh search,together with the cases in the past few years,problems are revealed, particularly in the misuse of the search,and suggestions are made with the intention that such a search will promote rather than violate the principle of rule by law.The future of human flesh search is predicted under the circumstance of rule by law. |
