| 摘 要： | 在当今市场经济条件下,竞争是企业生存和发展的前提和动力,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地并不断发展,必须构建自己的竞争优势。通过科学的方式打造企业自身消化吸收和组织再造的能力,最终确立企业的核心竞争力,以应对全球经济一体化发展的需要。
