| 摘 要： | 我国经济建设的发展使社会各行业对人才的需求也在不断变化,主要关注点是人才综合指标和创新能力。从对大学生创造思维研究的调查和数据分析结果看,通过培养和训练,创造思维能力可以得到提高和拓展。因此,要提高大学生的创造能力,应当从改善教育方法、加强思维训练、创设有利条件、培养创造意识、拓展知识视野、提高动手能力、培养综合素质等方面进行。

| Abstract: | Development of China's economy has constantly changed various trades'demand for talents,and the focus is the aggregative indicators and creativity.According to the investigation and data analysis of college students'creative thinking,the creative thinking ability can be developed by training.Therefore,college students'creativity should be developed in the regards of improving the methods of education,enforcing the training of thinking,offering favourable conditions,fostering creative consciousness,broadening knowledge,enhancing the ability of handworking,and cultivating comprehensive quality. |
