中国近代工商业私有产权及观念分析

近代中国工商业私有产权状况在洋务派所创办的官办、官督商办、官商合办三类企业中，后两类企业的所有权与经营权相分离；在商办企业中，商人的经营权受到诸多限制，同时商人的收益权也屡受政府的侵犯。在梳理中国传统社会和近代社会中的私有产权观念中，发现传统社会中对“私”的观念持有否定的态度，而且这一观念一直延续到近代中国，并据此对近代中国工商业的私有产权状况做出了解释。

On the Private Property Right and the Thoughts of Industry and Commerce in Modern China
