| 摘 要： | 文章通过对高校毕业生助学贷款还款违约行为的主要成因进行分析,并针对学生的违约行为提出对策:第一,要加强大学校园诚信教育的实施;第二,要加强社会诚信体系的构筑;第三,调整大学生助学贷款还款方式和归还期限。

| Abstract: | The paper studies the main causes for the university graduates' failure to fulfill their loan contracts,and devises some solutions to the problem.First,the students must be made aware of the conceptions of honesty and credit while they are on the campus.Secondly,the construction of the system of social credit must be given top priority among other things.Thirdly,there must be some adjustment made to the mode of loaning and repayment to make it easier for the contracts of this kind to be fulfilled. |
