| 摘 要： | 大量的学者研究证实元认知策略的运用成功与否可以直接影响外语教学的成效.本文介绍了一个在外语教学中对学生进行元认知策略训练的实验,通过比较分析,从计划性、自我监控、自我评价等五个方面说明了学生的学习自主能力的提高.
