| 摘 要： | 2009年是中国电影具有重要纪念意义的一年。在举国上下共庆新中国60华诞的大背景下，献礼片成为百花齐放电影艺苑中绽放的一枝瑰丽奇葩。40多部献礼影片较之往年同类型电影，呈现出卓有成效的创新与突破，如创作题材的多样化和人物形象的平民化以及思想性、商业性和艺术性的整合统一等等。因此，认真梳理辨析其成功的经验和存在的不足，就具有重要的学术意义和必要性。
