| 摘 要： | 列宁苏维埃制度建设思想深化了对社会主义国家政体的认识，为马克思主义政治学说的发展开拓了新境界；探索了苏俄民主制度建设的规律，为落后国家社会主义政治建设提供了宝贵经验；开创了不同于西方议会制度的新型民主制度模武，为人类政治文明的进步做出了重大贡献。深入发掘列宁苏维埃制度建设思想的理论价值，对于我们全面把握列宁的政治思想，积极推进中国民主政治建设具有重要意义。
