| 摘 要： | 朝鲜战争是联合国成立后爆发的第一场大规模国际性战争，联合国在美国操纵下组建联合国军入朝，参与了战争的全过程，并在民间救济、停战谈判等方面发挥了作用。联合国干涉朝鲜战争既是美国及其盟友操纵的结果，也是联合国与朝鲜问题关系发展的必然结果。联合国的决策虽有瑕疵，但履行了相应的法律程序，具有国际法意义上的合法性。承认联合国干涉朝鲜战争的合法性并不意味着否认中国人民志愿军抗美援朝的合理性与功绩。
