政府作为应对大学生就业矛盾反思

大学生就业问题已引起全社会的普遍关注，也是政府急需下工夫破解的难点问题。本文在回顾了政府应对大学生就业矛盾主要做法的基础上，分析了政府在应对大学生就业矛盾时在战略、管理和执行三个层面存在的若干问题，并对此提出了新时期政府作为在应对大学生就业矛盾中需要把握的基本要点，以及如何发挥政府在高校就业工作中的积极作用，将高校就业工作不断推向纵深。
