| Abstract: | The modes of training talented teachers at comprehensive universities and colleges should be aimed at training and bringing up educator-type teachers with innovative spirit and ability by trying out 2.5+1.5 training system, optimizing curriculum structure and implementing varied teaching methods. By so doing, we can bring the advantages into full play so that high-quality teachers can be brought up. |
