熵理论与三个文明建设的思考

十六大报告第一次提出全面建设小康社会在经济、政治、文化和可持续发展四个方面的奋斗目标,带来了发展观上的重大变革,即从单纯追求GDP的片面发展观转向科学发展观即“全面、协调和可持续发展观”。站在当代大系统观的高度,把经济、文化、政治作为一个有机整体来考虑,应用自然科学与社会科学交叉与综合的相似性基本原理,用热力学中熵的相关概念来分析物质文明、精神文明和制度文明及其与可持续发展之间的辨证关系。

Entropy and three forms of civilization

The Report of the 16th CPC Central Committee brought forward for the first time the target of fully building a comparatively well-off society in four aspects: economy, politics, culture and sustainable development: a drastic shift in the developmental conception from a pure pursuit of GDP to a scientific development conception of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. From a modern micro-systematic point of view, as well as applying the basic theory that natural sciences and social sciences are intermingled and integrated, the paper takes economy, culture and politics as a whole, and analyzes the dialectic relationship between material civilization, spiritual civilization, systematical civilization and sustainable development with the relative concept of entropy in thermodynamics.
