| 摘 要： | 针对加入WTO以后,我国工程技术水平在与国际经济竞争局面不相适应的矛盾中反映出来的对高素质工程技术人才的需求,论述了改革高等工程教育,提高高等工程教育质量的措施;并且阐述了产学研合作教育,有利于企业和高校的发展,是培养经济全球化所需要的高层次工程技术人才的效果良好的教育模式.

| Abstract: | With China's entry into the WTO, the need of qualified engineering talent will be even more urgent in the contradiction of the engineering level of our country and the international economic competition. The paper studies the reform of higher engineering education and the measures of improving the quality of it .It also sets forth that the cooperation of industry,teaching and research is an effective pattern to bring up high level engineering talent required by the economic globalization and is of benefit to both the enterprises and the universities. |
