From the development of western education evaluation modes and the basic frame of mental quality education evaluation system, we put forward the following operating steps about mental quality education evaluation: firstly, the setting up and analyzing of the objectives; secondly, the establishment of the evaluation methods; finally, the scientific explanation of the result. |
