传染性非典型肺炎的一度暴发性流行,对社会各方面产生深刻影响,检视着我们的社会发展战略和社会政策。从发展社会学、科学社会学、政治社会学、经济社会学、安全社会学和社会心理学角度分析,"非典"问题表露着人类生存发展与环境灾变疾患之间的关系仍然是"必然王国"里的一对"悖论",医科学共同体战胜人类已知和未知的灾害疾病的使命仍无完结;同时需要我们适度推行威权治理、强化"责任政府"及其合法性、改革行政管理体制、走"善治"之路,需要我们加强危机管理、完善社会保障制度和社会流动管理机制,需要完善透明的信息反馈机制和培育成熟的国民心理;年内中国经济增长也变得扑朔迷离。

Verifying and Introspecting the Issue of SARS in View of Sociology

The wide-spread of the epidemic SARS(a typical pneumonia, i.e. severe acute respiratory syndrome) disease have an great influence on the society from all the perspectives, which verified and introspected our strategy and policy of our social development. In view of development-sociology, science-sociology, politics-sociology, economy-sociology, safety-sociology, and sociological-psychology, the issue on "SARS" reveals that there still exists eternal paradox in the "realm of necessity" between human living or development and the calamity of illness or destroyed environment. and the mission of the medicine community is yet no end conquering Man's diseases. Therefore, we should moderately carry out the "New Authoritism", strengthening the "responsible government" and its legitimacy(rationality), reforming the old administration system and practising "good-governance" administration system;we must reinforce "crisis-awareness management" and perfect social security institutions and migration administration; we should consummate information-feedbacked mechanism and cultivate mellow countrymen's mentality. Chinese economic growth becomes more complicated and confusing this year.
