“城市精神热”的理性思考

近几年,"城市精神热"悄然兴起,但是个别地方也有不少"走偏"之处。我们应该理性思考城市精神的建构:其理论的抽象性与层次性,其天下情怀与地域特色,其历史性、现实性与前瞻性,其践行性与草根性,其人本原则与社会经济发展。作为社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分,城市精神建构的良性发展对社会主义核心价值体系建设,对提升文化品位、抵制低俗文化,挺立主流意识形态具有重大的意义。

In recent years "Hot of City Spirit" has been rising quietly,but some places also go wrong.We should be rational thinking on the construction of City Spirit,included its theoretical abstraction and gradation;its world feelings and geographical features;its historic significance,its reality and prospect;its practicality and universality;its humanistic principles and social economic development.As an important part of the construction of socialist culture,the benign development of city spirit construction has shown great significance to the construction of socialist core value system,to the ascension of culture literacy,to boycott vulgar culture and to hold up the mainstream ideology.
