两晋宗室封爵与地方行政体系变迁略论

两晋宗室封爵，尤其王爵封授过差，由此引起郡县析置并合、郡名改易、郡县行政隶属关系复杂化及管理幅度盈缩等变化。总体而言，西晋太康十年以前，宗王分封对地方行政体系影响较大，尤以郡王分封为最，其后消极影响弱化。两晋宗室政策不同，皇权政治与门阀政治体制相异，这些都关乎宗室封爵对地方行政体系变迁的影响程度。

Analysis on the Change of Local Administrative System and Imperial Investiture in the Western and Eastern Jin Dynasties

In Jin Dynasties, the imperial clan were knighted, especially when the barons were poorly knighted, which caused the division and merger of counties, the change of county names, the complicating of relationship of administrative subordination and the change of span of management. On the whole, the imperial investiture had a greater influence on the system of local administration before ten years of Taikang in Western Jin Dynasty, while the investiture of dukes had the greatest influence. And the influence of imperial investiture was getting weaker and weaker as the time going. The difference of policies on the imperial clan, as well as the difference between the politics of imperial power and the political system of a family of power and influence, was related to the degree and range of the influence of the imperial investiture on the change of local administra- tive system.
