网络监督：政协民主监督的新渠道

网络监督作为社会主义监督体系的重要形式，其兴起、内涵、特点以及实质有其特定的理解。网络监督可以作为政协民主监督的新渠道，已经成为不可忽视的社会存在。网络监督的优势可以弥补政协民主监督的弱势，提升政协民主监督的效力。政协民主监督可以弥补网络监督的局限，增强网络监督的公信力。网络监督成为政协民主监督新渠道的路径主要是转变观念，建立社会信息采集机制；积极架构政协官方网站，抢占舆论主动权；掌握互联网传播规律，提高政协委员网络素养。

Network Supervision： A New Channel of Democratic Supervision

As an important form of socialist network supervision system, the rise of network monitoring, connotation, characteristics and essence has its specific understanding. Network monitoring can be used as a new channel for democratic supervision, and it has become a social existence that can not be ignored; the ad- vantages of network supervision can compensate for the weaknesses of democratic supervision of CPPCC and en- hance the effectiveness of CPPCC ; democratic supervision can compensate for the limitations of network monito- ring and enhance public trust. Network supervision, as new channel of democratic supervision, is mainly chan- ging concepts, establishing social information collection mechanisms; it also need to actively build CPPCC offi- cial website to seize the initiative in public opinion; and it would grasp the propagation of the interuet to im- prove the CPPCC members＇ network literacy.
