| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济、社会的不断发展，企业社会责任的问题越来越引起人们的关注。本文首先对国内外企业社会责任的发展状况作了简要论述，然后从法学的视野对企业社会责任进行了界定，重点阐述了经济法与企业社会责任的共生与共向，最后对我国企业社会责任在法律制度方面的实践作了简要分析，并就其完善提出了粗浅的建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy in China, the enterprise responsibility has attracted the attention of the whole society. This thesis makes a brief introduction to the historical development of the enterprise responsibility both in western countries and in China, conducts an analysis on the definition of the enterprise responsibility from the perspective of economic law and illustrates the close relationship between economic law and enterprise social responsibility, and finally puts forward some proposals on perfection of the enterprise social responsibility in China. |
