论“优秀”大学生的心理问题及其治疗

长期以来,高校辅导员对问题学生的思想工作比较重视,但对优秀学生却未能予以必要的关注。优秀学生也是普通人,他们也会有这样或那样的心理渴求和外部挫折,在表面的光环下,他们不愿向人吐露内心的苦恼,缺乏排遣的机会,导致产生一定的心理危机。因此,高校辅导员采取多种行之有效的方式,加强优秀学生的挫折教育,提高其抗挫能力,显得尤为重要。

For a long time,the university counselors have considered quite seriously the ideological work among problem students,but failed to give the same attention to outstanding students,who are also ordinary beings.In one way or the other,excellent ones will also have psychological needs and the overt setbacks.Under the superficial facade,they are not willing to tell others about their worries,lacking the opportunities for venting,which could possibly lead to certain mental crisis.So it is of particular consequence for the counselors to strengthen instruction against frustration among top students in various effective ways in order to improve their capacity in this aspect.So it is of necessity for the counselors to strengthen instruction against frustration among top students and show solicitude for their mental well being.
