文化产业竞争力评价指标体系构建与实证分析——以华东六省一市为例

随着经济全球化的发展，文化产品和服务的生产和流通也日趋国际化，文化产业已经成为全球经济与社会发展的重要组成部分。从国际竞争的整体态势来看，通过不断提升文化产业竞争力来培育国家和区域的“软实力”，已成为世界各国提升其国际竞争力的重要战略。通过对文化产业竞争力进行机理分析，构建了华东六省一市文化产业竞争力的分析框架和模型，采用ANP统计方法、SPSS和EXCEL软件进行处理、合成和分析数据，定性分析与定量分析相结合，建立了文化产业竞争力的评价指标体系和评价方法，对华东六省一市文化产业竞争力进行了实证分析。

Construction and Empirical Analysis of Evaluation Index System for Competitiveness of Chinese Cultural Industry --Taking Six Provinces and One City in East China as Examples

With the development of economic globalization, the production and circulation of cultural products and services are becoming more and more internationalized. The cultural industry has become an important part of the global economic and social development. In view of the overall situation of international competition, persistently promoting the competitiveness of the cultural industries to cultivate the national and regional “soft power” have become an important strategy to enhance the international competitiveness of various countries in the world. By analyzing the fundamentals of the competitiveness of the cultural industries, the paper has constructed a framework and model for the analysis of the competitiveness of the cultural industries in six provinces and one city in east China. With ANP statistical methods, SPSS and Excel software to process, synthesize and analyze data, and through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the present paper has established an evaluation index system with its assessment methods for the competitiveness of cultural industries and has made empirical analysis of the competitiveness of the cultural industries in six provinces and one city in east China.
