| 摘 要： | 高职教育要想突出办学特色 ,实现跨越式发展 ,其关键在于制度创新。而创建现代高职制度平台 ,实现办学机制由学校本位转为市场本位、人事制度由身份制转为岗位制、管理体制由过程管理转为目标管理、教学体系由学历教育转为技术教育“四大”转型 ,是增强高职竞争制胜的综合实力的治本之策

| Abstract: | If higher vocational education wants to foreground its running characteristics and realize the leaping development, it must bring forth new ideas to the system. The tactics of getting at the root of the problem are to establish modern higher vocational education system and realize four transformations: from school itself to market in school-running mechanism; from status to post in personnel system; from process management to objective management in management system; from diploma education to technical education. If so, the comprehensive power of higher vocational education will be strengthened. |
