| 摘 要： | 分析了传统选拔任用领导干部存在的主要问题,阐述了公开选拔领导干部的发展阶段、内容和程序,并提出实施公开选拔领导干部全程量化模式,其要点是在笔试方式量化考评、面试方式量化考评的基础上,着重解决考察方式量化考评的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the problems with the traditional selection and appointment of cadres and then illustrates the development phase,content and procedure of public selection of cadres.In addition,it also presents the whole quantizing mode of public selection of cadres.On the basis of quantizing written and oral examinations,this paper aims to solve the problem of how to quantize the personal examination process. |
