小规模旧城改造现状评价模型初步研究——以武汉黄鹤楼街区改造为例

小规模旧城改造以其灵活性、高效性成为目前旧城改造的主要方式。由于影响小规模旧城改造的因素较为复杂,并且在不同的旧城区内存在较大差异,一般的评价方法很难适用于其改造现状评价。鉴于此,笔者从社会、经济、生态与环境、技术等方面构建小规模旧城改造现状评价指标体系,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)的改造现状评价模型,并以武汉黄鹤楼街区内的三个社区为例,简洁、客观地对改造社区进行综合效益的评价与优选。结果表明,通过模型计算得到的评价结果与政府实施的改造决策相吻合,验证了该模型的适用性。

Model for Evaluating Small-scale Old City Reconstruction: A Preliminary Study with Reconstruction of Yellow Crane Tower Neighborhoods as Examples

Small-scale old city reconstruction,with its flexibility and efficiency,has come to dominate in today's old city reconstruction.Since many factors can influence small-scale old city reconstruction,few methods work in the evaluation of reconstruction of the old urban sections.This paper intends to construct an index system for the evaluation of reconstruction of the old urban sections,and has presented an AHP-based reconstruction evaluation model.When applied to the evaluation of three neighborhoods in the Yellow Crane Tower district in Wuhan city for information regarding comprehensive benefits,the model has produced the results that correspond to the decision-making of the government,which is an evidence of the model's effectiveness.
