三代时期土地制度及土地关系流转的探析

三代时期是我国古代社会奴隶制度产生、发展以及向封建领主制转变的重大历史时期。这一时期普遍实行井田制,土地所有制性质为土地王有制,国家禁止土地买卖。公田与私田经历着自身的衍变,并向私有化逐渐迈进,正因如此,西周中期,土地关系开始发生流转,出现了土地的赏赐、出租、赔偿、转让和交换的现象。

Analysis of Land System and Transfer of Land Relationship in Xia Shang Zhou Dynasty

IXia Shang Zhou Dynasty was an important historical period in which slavery came out,developed and changed to the feudal lords system.In this period the square-fields system was generally implemented and land was owned by the kings,at the same time land transaction was forbiden by the government.Then public and private field experienced certain changes and turned to privatization.Thus the land relationship began to transfer in mid Zhou period and land was used for largess,lease,compensation,transfer and exchange.
