| 摘 要： | 我国民事简易程序在审判实践中有着广阔的适用空间,但操作过程中民事简易程序的运用又存在诸多问题,这些问题主要表现在程序规定不具体,普通程序和简易程序之间转换不规范,简易程序不简易,程序选择不透明,运转不合理等方面。因此,为适应民事简易程序的实践应用,必须对我国的民事简易程序进行完善,确保简易程序发挥其应有的作用。

| Abstract: | Our civil simple procedure has the broad suitable space in the trial practice,but in the operating process its utilization has many problems,Which mainly display in the undetailed rules,unstandard transition butween ordinary procedure and simple procedure,untransparent procedure selection,unrational oreration,etc.Therefore for adaption to the practice application of civil simple procedure,we must improve and perfect the procedure to guarantee its proper role. |
