文化素质教育在思想政治教育工作中的定位和作用

在阐述了文化素质教育和思想政治教育之间以及它们与科技发展、市场经济、意识形态、教育的软硬环境建设之间的关系的基础上,分析了在这些关系上长期存在的各种片面的认识及其各种因素造成的思想政治教育层层被弱化和边缘化的趋势,提出了文化素质教育应该是以马克思主义意识形态为指导和以人文文化为重要内容的文化素质教育。为此,提出了加强主流文化建设和创新,将文化素质教育纳入先进文化建设的大文化教育中去的对策。

Positioning and Functions of Cultural Quality Education in Ideological and Political Education

The relationship between cultural quality education and the ideological and political education,and the relationship between the two and the devecopment of science and technology, market economy,ideology,and the construction of education environment are analyzed.For a long time there exist various one-sided ideas about these relationships,which results in the trends of weakening the ideological and political education. Therefore,it is proposed that to strengthen cultural quality education,we should take Marxist ideology as guidance and humanistic culture as important content,strengthen construction and innovation of mainstream culture,and bring cultural quality education into the big culture education of advanced cultural construction.
