| 摘 要： | 开放存取是一种学术信息共享的自由理念和出版机制,现已成为我国图书情报理论界研究的热点之一。重点介绍了开放存取出版模式的产生背景、发展现状与运行模式,并在此基础上进一步提出OA学术期刊出版模式面临的主要问题。
