| 摘 要： | 票据丧失后 ,失票人根据需要可以分别采取挂失止付、公示催告和提起诉讼的补救措施。我国票据丧失的补救措施存在缺陷 ,有待完善。空白票据丧失 ,也应允许失票人采取挂失止付和公示催告的补救措施。

| Abstract: | The person who misses a bill can take an action to remedy it according to the needs, such as report missing, make public and hasten to report rights or bring an accusation. There are some defects in the system of remedy for missing of bills in our country, and it must be perfected. The person who misses a blank bill should also be permitted to report missing or make public and hasten to report rights. |
