| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了我国中小企业融资制约的主要因素和原因的基础上 ,论证了大力发展中小金融机构是解决目前我国中小企业融资制约的根本途径 ,阐明我国中小金融机构发展的主要障碍和约束 ,提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of main financing constraints and its causes to mid-small rnterprises, this paper proves that the elementary and efficient way to solve this problem is to accelerate the development of mid-small financial institutions, and takes further steps to discuss the barriers on development of mid-small financial institutions. Finally, the author proposes countermeasures and some suggestions to develop the mid-small financial institutions. |
