企业绩效考核有效性研究

摘    要:企业绩效考核常被认为是企业人力资源管理活动中最重要的内容。近年来,国内外有关绩效考核的理论研究取得了很大进展。企业绩效考核有效性的影响因素有:绩效考核定位模糊,存在主观性,缺乏沟通与反馈,指标缺乏科学性等。企业绩效考核取得良好效果的对策是:明确绩效考核目标,完善考核指标,加强对考核者的教育和培训,建立反馈控制系统等。

Abstract:Enterprise performance review has long been regarded as an important content of enterprise's human resources management.Recent years have witnessed a great progress home and abroad in the theoretical research of performance review.Many factors affect the effectiveness of performance review,such as ambiguity of positioning performance review,influence of the subjective,lack of communication and feedback,and less scientific indices,etc.This paper suggests some measures to improve the review,making the goal of performance review clear,perfecting criteria for evaluation,strengthening the education and training for examiners,establishing a feedback control system,etc.
